This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Summary of Qualifications10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General ContractorProven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects)Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change managementExperience leading PMs, APMs, and Project EngineersExcellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partnersProcore experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
