Part- Time Janitor/ Building Cleaner

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitor to maintain a professional three-story office building in Greenville, SC. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty trash and recycling receptacles Dust offices, common areas, and surfaces Clean glass doors, windows, and entryways Maintain breakrooms and kitchen areas Restock restroom and cleaning supplies Monitor building cleanliness and report maintenance issues Ensure all common areas remain clean and presentable Qualifications Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties Strong attention to detail and work ethic Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional Schedule Approximately 15 hours per week Flexible schedule Evening or early morning hours to minimize disruption to tenants What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work, and consistently maintains high cleaning standards.
