Accounting Assistant Hendersonville NC Compensation: $25.00 / hour Shift/Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with an established manufacturing organization to find a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounts payable, reconcile accounts, and deliver essential administrative support to keep daily financial operations running smoothly. What you will do: Manage full-cycle accounts payable, process and audit vendor invoices, perform credit card reconciliations, and record daily financial transactions. Maintain organized financial records, support monthly account reconciliations, and handle job file management including scanning and renaming documents. Provide general office support by answering multi-line phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with accurate data entry.
