Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business PartnershipPartner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goalsProvide data-driven insights on workforce planning, org design, and talent needsLead HR support through change initiatives (growth, restructures, operational shifts)2. Talent & Leadership DevelopmentOversee talent strategies including recruiting alignment, succession planning, and leadership developmentCoach leaders on performance management, goal setting, and development planningIdentify and develop high-potential talent and critical roles3. Employee Relations & ComplianceServe as senior escalation point for employee relations issues and investigationsEnsure consistent application of policies, corrective action, and employment law compliancePartner with legal/compliance teams to mitigate risk and strengthen practices4. Operational ExecutionDrive consistent execution of HR processes across locationsPartner with centralized HR functions (payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting) for seamless deliverySupport adoption of HR systems (Workday) and operational routines5. Performance & EngagementLead performance management cycles and talent reviewsDrive engagement initiatives and culture alignmentMonitor key metrics (turnover, retention, performance, engagement) and act on insights6.
