Business Analyst - Funds Transformation
Location Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 Days onsite)
Duration- 6 Months+
Interview: Phone/Skype
Private Funds Transformation
5-8 years Genuine candidates only with Financial End Client experience.
Draft and maintain business requirements document and translating them into technical specifications, including data integration, data dictionaries and user story creation.
Data mapping for inbound/outbound files, testing and document findings.
Review the technical analysis and documentation of both legacy and new system to easily identify unnecessary redundancies in the process flow as project evolves.
Design regression and functional test plans for new system and defect resolution.
Qualitative testing metrics reporting and analysis.
Create draft operating procedures based on known future state and operating model.
Design data visualization dashboards for senior leadership, business SME, and stakeholders.
Assist with and manage the remediation of data in legacy system prior to conversion to new system.
Carry out quantitative cost analysis and contribute to formulation of a business case for elements of the overall solution.
Build relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and IT professionals, to ensure that project goals are aligned, and communication is effective.
