Office Assistant / Clerk – McAllen, TX Performance Parking Management, LLC Part‑Time | $14/hr | Entry Level About the Role We are seeking a bilingual Office Assistant/Clerk to support daily office operations and assist with basic online store tasks. We are attempting to improve our online presence. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls Assist the Owner with scheduling and administrative tasks Perform data entry and maintain organized records Run occasional errands Support online store operations (product posting, customer inquiries) Assist with basic online marketing and social media updates Qualifications Bilingual (read, speak, and write) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multitask and work independently Familiarity with Facebook Marketing, LinkedIn, Shopify, or online sales is a plus Compensation & Schedule Pay: $14/hr Employment Type: Part‑time / Full Time Experience Level: Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr Performance Parking Management Inc
