This mid‑level position will be responsible for contractual oversight of a diverse portfolio that spans Direct Commercial Sales and International based contracts. Success in this role requires deep expertise in contract negotiation, rigorous compliance oversight, and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams to safeguard program interests while fueling business growth.This position will require the ability to collaborate, provide contractual guidance and support cross-functional team members (e.g. Legal, Program Management, Finance, etc.) as needed. Additionally, the ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risks as well as develop contingency plans to minimize potential losses are key elements of this position.
