AI Creative Strategist

Melius is building the agents lab for creative work — a collaborative workspace where humans and AI agents generate, edit, and orchestrate images, video, and audio together. We're looking for an AI Creative Strategist to create high-quality visual content for Melius and our customers. This is a hands-on creative role: you'll take customer briefs from concept through execution, using Melius and generative AI to produce finished image and video creative. A portfolio of AI-generated image and/or video work is required with your application. We're looking for an AI Creative Strategist to create high-quality visual content for Melius and our customers. What You’ll Do Own creative production from brief → concept → generation → iteration → final delivery Create high-quality images, videos, ads, social content, product visuals, and campaign assets for customer projects Become a power user of Melius and develop repeatable AI-native creative workflows Translate brand guidelines, references, and creative briefs into visually consistent outputs Experiment across models, prompts, references, workflows, and editing techniques to achieve the best creative result Work closely with customers and our internal creative, product, and engineering teams Help establish creative techniques and best practices for producing exceptional work with Melius What We’re Looking For Exceptional visual taste and a strong portfolio of creative work Deep hands-on experience with generative image and video tools Strong understanding of composition, art direction, lighting, typography, motion, and visual storytelling Ability to take an ambiguous creative brief and independently turn it into polished deliverables Comfortable rapidly iterating and exploring multiple creative directions Experience with traditional creative tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Bonus: experience producing creative for brands, agencies, advertising, e-commerce, or social campaigns We're looking for someone who combines the taste of a creative, the execution of a producer, and the technical curiosity of an AI power user. #J-18808-Ljbffr
