Compensation:

$100,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations to develop personalized financial strategies that align with their goals and aspirations.

• Collaborate with our team to analyze market trends and provide clients with informed investment recommendations.

• Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction through regular communication and support.

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base in the San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos area.

• Utilize our advanced financial tools and resources to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all client interactions adhere to legal standards.
