Regional President

Accelerent exists to turn middle-market relationships into measurable revenue. As Regional President you will open and scale a new market, assembling an exclusive chapter of category leaders who generate real business for one another. Your chapter becomes the proof point that our model works nationwide.

Performance Objectives

• Launch a fully operational chapter within 90 days of start, recruiting the first 15 exclusive members who each represent a distinct middle-market category.
• Grow the chapter to 40+ members and 85% annual retention by month 12 while documenting at least $5 million in member-attributed new business.
• Design and run a quarterly cadence of high-value events and training that members rate 4.7/5 or higher for ROI.
• Build and coach a local leadership team of 3–5 member-volunteers who independently drive 30% of new-member pipeline by year two.
• Establish the region as a top-quartile performer on Accelerent’s national scorecard (revenue, NPS, and member-generated deals) within 18 months.

Environment & Resources

You report directly to the CEO and operate with a lean national support team (training, tech, marketing). You receive a proven playbook, CRM, event templates, and a modest launch budget plus travel flexibility. Headquarters is Lansdowne, VA; you will live in or near the assigned metro and travel 30–40%.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading revenue-producing professional networks or chapters in consulting, banking, or B2B services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit C-suite and owner-operators and convert relationships into closed business.
• Track record of launching a new market or office that reached profitability inside 18 months.
• Comfort operating as a player-coach: selling, facilitating, and developing others with limited staff.
• Existing credibility inside a major U.S. metro and willingness to relocate if needed.
