Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.On-site in Northern VirginiaResponsibilities:Analyzes mission and product requirements to design and document system solutions using engineering principles and technical design tools (e.g., models, diagrams, and specifications).Evaluates complex problems by reviewing related information, comparing alternative approaches, and selecting options based on cost/benefit and operational impact.Assesses how changes in conditions, operations, and environments affect system outcomes.Applies deductive reasoning and structured pattern/sequence analysis to develop sound recommendations and support implementation of effective solutions.Education and Experience:Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experienceJourneyman: 2-4 years of specialized experienceFull Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experienceSenior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experienceSubject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experienceDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.Security Clearance:Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) yearsMore About B&A:Notable Clients B&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
