DREAT modernizationIntegrations with ERP/Procurement (Ariba), HR systems, SSO, and enterprise identityDetailed Job Description:The GREF Solution Architect Technical Lead provides end-to-end technical leadership for GREF product portfolios and integration initiatives. This role designs scalable, secure architectures and drives implementation of systems that support the portfolio of GREF products and capabilities including space occupancy, CMMS, BAS/OT, parts inventory, project management, BIM drawings, data warehousing, and analytics. The Technical Lead partners with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Data, Security, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery, operational reliability, and long-term maintainability of GREF solutions.Key Deliverables:Solution architecture documents and integration blueprintsAPI contracts, data models, and mapping specificationsSecurity and compliance artifacts, threat models, and remediation plansOperational runbooks, alerting thresholds, and SLOsMigration and cutover plans for legacy ? modern platforms (e.g., REAT ? DREAT, Maximo ? Corrigo)Day-to-day Activities:Lead architecture design workshops and technical discovery sessions with Product Managers, Data, Security, and vendor teams.Review and approve technical deliverables: design docs, sprint demos, test plans, and deployment packages.Participate in sprint, mentor engineering teams, and resolve technical blockers.Conduct code and architecture reviews; enforce standards and best practices.Coordinate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams for cloud/on-prem deployment patterns.Triage production incidents lead technical postmortems, and drive remediation.Required Qualifications:10+ years of relevant technical experience designing and delivering enterprise-class integrations, cloud services, or OT/IoT solutions.Strong systems design and software engineering background (distributed systems, APIs, microservices, containers, orchestration).Hands-on experience integrating CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP/Procurement systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms.Experience defining canonical data models, working with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and BI integrations.Familiarity with security best practices: SSO, encryption, network segmentation, threat modeling.
