Senior Account Supervisor, Crisis Communications Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and integrated agency staff to provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients, incorporating traditional and emerging public relations tactics. Develop comprehensive understanding of client accounts – business, products, markets, and industry influencers. Implement reputation management programs for Zeno clients across the U.S., ensuring quality and adherence to budgets. Manage overall project quality, timelines, and budgets across multiple accounts. Act as mid‑ to junior‑level client contact across multiple accounts. Set and lead media relations activities, including outreach plan creation, executive thought‑leadership planning, materials drafting, event management, and pitching. Train spokespersons on speeches and presentations, expand contact network, and coordinate internal pitch teams. Mentor, motivate, coach, and provide feedback to junior staff; conduct semi‑annual reviews and hold team accountable. Track deliverables against media plans and organize internal collaboration. Qualifications 6+ years of PR experience in an agency or similar environment. 2+ years of experience in Crisis & Issues, Corporate Affairs, or Public Relations. Ability to make effective recommendations to mid‑level clients. Strong project leadership skills for executing all client‑related projects. Capability to manage projects and direct team members. Strategic thinking about resources and client deliverables. Collaborative spirit with a results‑driven attitude. Proven ability to multi‑task, delegate, and manage assignments while evaluating the work of others. Creative, holistic thinking about client programs. Fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorming sessions. Experience managing multiple client contacts and building media relationships. Familiarity with best‑practice communications tactics and PR tools. Passion for learning new businesses and taking on challenges. Success in building relationships with media members and driving results for clients. Pay Range $105,000 – 125,000 USD/yr.
