Epic Beaker Analyst

Job Description Our client is seeking a senior Epic Beaker Analyst to backfill day-to-day work while the team focuses on a large Community Connect initiative. This individual will provide operational support, ticket resolution, upgrade assistance, and laboratory build work. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Beaker build experience rather than simply holding Epic certification. Responsibilities: Support Beaker ticket queue and operational support activities Perform Beaker build, maintenance, and enhancements Assist with Epic upgrade activities, testing, and implementation Configure and support laboratory workflows Work with laboratory stakeholders to support production issues and optimization requests Participate in small to medium sized project efforts We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
