Definir y gestionar la gobernanza del programa, incluyendo la frecuencia de reuniones, comités directivos y reportes ejecutivos. Consolidar y monitorear el estado general de los proyectos, incluyendo cronogramas, hitos, riesgos y dependencias. Planificar y realizar el seguimiento de iniciativas de IT, asegurando la entrega oportuna de los principales entregables e hitos. Identificar, gestionar y escalar riesgos, incidentes y bloqueos críticos para minimizar el impacto en el programa. Estandarizar metodologías, KPIs, plantillas e informes, garantizando la consistencia entre proyectos. Coordinar stakeholders globales y regionales, equipos internos y proveedores, facilitando la alineación entre las áreas de IT y de negocio. Preparar reportes ejecutivos y presentaciones, proporcionando información clara y accionable para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la dirección. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de gobernanza, controles y requisitos regulatorios, incluyendo actividades relacionadas con seguridad, gobierno de datos y procesos de carve-out.
