Un Técnico de Corte de Césped realiza servicios como corte de césped, limpiezas, acolchado, recorte, mantenimiento de paisajes, poda, recorte, recogida de hojas y tareas similares. Nuestros Técnicos de Paisajes trabajan en un grupo de hasta 5 personas. Detalles del trabajo:
- El salario comienza en $19.00 por hora; puede estar disponible una tarifa de pago más alta si tiene experiencia en la industria, una licencia de conducir o certificaciones relacionadas con la industria (Licencia de Aplicador de Plaguicidas, Licencia de Podador de Árboles, Certificación ISA de Arborista, PLT, etc.).
- Trabajamos de lunes a viernes a partir de las 7:30 a.m. (la duración del día varía según el clima y el trabajo).
- La semana laboral típica es de 45 a 50 horas, con horas extras pagadas después de 40 horas por semana.
- Existe la posibilidad de trabajar los fines de semana y días festivos durante mal tiempo.
- Cortar céspedes
- Operar un soplador de mochila
- Operar un recortador de hilo
- Operar un bordeador
- Ayudar a su Jefe de Equipo a completar las tareas asignadas para el día
- Estar dispuesto a cubrir donde sea necesario, ya que los roles pueden cambiar con las estaciones
- Interactuar con los clientes de manera profesional y amigable
- Transporte confiable de ida y vuelta al trabajo
- Capacidad para trabajar activamente de pie durante todo el día
- Capacidad para mantenerse positivo y profesional, incluso al final de un largo día.
- Disponibilidad que permita trabajar jornadas largas durante la temporada alta
- Para estar calificado para conducir, debe tener una licencia de conducir válida y completar nuestro curso de calificación de conductor (pasar un examen físico DOT con prueba de drogas, demostrar habilidades seguras de manejo de vehículos al remolcar remolques o al conducir).
- Experiencia previa como jardinero/cuidador de terrenos preferida pero no necesaria.
- Experimentado en el uso de herramientas eléctricas portátiles.
- Debe ser capaz de subir colinas, escaleras, levantar cómodamente más de 50 libras repetidamente y trabajar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
- Dispuesto a trabajar en todos los elementos climáticos.
- Años de experiencia probada para el trabajo para el que está solicitando
- Si cumple con los requisitos de seguros y calificación para conducir nuestros vehículos
- Su conocimiento y capacidad para operar clases de equipos (cortadora de césped, camión, cargadora compacta, cargadora de ruedas, etc.)
