What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Plumbing Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners to diagnose plumbing issues, educate them on their options, and recommend the best solutions for their home.

• Run company-provided leads (no cold calling)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing systems
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Present 3 solution options using our pricing system
• Build trust and deliver an excellent in-home experience
• Optionally perform repairs for additional commission
• Follow a proven, structured sales process (Nexstar model)
• Document jobs and proposals using ServiceTitan

Compensation & Benefits

• 2 weeks paid training (hourly)
• 100% commission after training
• Average earnings: $125,000+
• Additional commissions for:

Schedule & Territory

• Service area: Within 25 miles of Dunedin
• Set schedule
• 1 day per week on-call rotation

Training & Support

• 2-week onboarding program
• Ride-alongs with experienced team members
• Ongoing sales and plumbing training
• Proven systems and processes to help you succeed

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of plumbing or related experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a desire to earn high income
• Ability to build trust and present solutions confidently
• Commitment to ethical, customer-first recommendations
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
