Lead Registered Dental Assistant (Bilingual)

Lead Registered Dental Assistant Reports to : Practice Manager, Regional Manager Key Partnerships : Operations, Clinical, Support Center Department : Operations Salary : $18.50-20/hr (based on experience) Classification : Non-Except Status : Full-Time About this role: The Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is responsible for supporting the Dentist during treatments, exams, and treatment discussions with patients. This position will oversee back-office functions, flow, and efficiency. Lead RDAs are required to mentor, train and guide new and existing team members, as well as grow and challenge themselves. Job Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting, and verify codes with precision. Capture quality x-ray images Assist dentists with a variety of treatment procedures Able to assist with RCTs, Cording Packing, Crown Seat, Denture adjustments, and other complex treatments. Familiar with sedation treatments, including treatment information, post-care, and monitoring. (Additional training provided) Delegate and support setting up and sterilizing exam and treatment rooms Discussing treatment options, importance, and follow up recommended care Providing teeth polishing and sealant placement procedure (with required certifications) Teaching team members how to schedule appointments, treat and care for patients.
