In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs across technical, functional, and general workplace topics. You will work closely with global teams to identify learning needs, align training programs with global strategy, and ensure training solutions support business priorities.You will manage the full training lifecycle, from planning and content development to delivery and evaluation, using a variety of training methods such as workshops, virtual sessions, and digital learning tools. Your work will help improve knowledge transfer, strengthen process understanding, and support consistent application of systems and tools across teams. By measuring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to the reliability, performance, and readiness of teams operating in complex power grid environments.
