Pay: $20.00/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls.
Make outbound collection calls as assigned.
Respond to customer emails.
Document all customer interactions, payment commitments, disputes, and follow-ups in MAM.
Assist customers with payment options and process payments as needed.
Maintain professionalism and follow company collection guidelines.
Complete assigned tasks and communicate unresolved items to the team.

Qualifications
Previous collections, customer service, call center, accounts receivable, or related experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite (5 Days per Week)
Pay: $20.00/hour
