Director Of Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to join our client's dynamic team. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee and shape our rehabilitation programs, leading a team of dedicated professionals and guiding them to deliver exceptional care and transformative outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans and policies to ensure the highest quality of rehabilitation services.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to promote collaboration and drive growth.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to achieve financial targets.
Stay updated with industry advancements, research, and best practices, and integrate them into the rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
Possess a relevant degree (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences) and appropriate licensure/certification.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, practices, and evidence-based interventions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative rehabilitation programs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems and technology.
