Required Skills:

• Valid NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapies and outpatient nursing practices
• Excellent patient communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team setting
• Must meet all facility-specific training and de-escalation requirements (Welle, CPI, or PMCS certification)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in oncology or infusion therapy settings
• Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
• Prior experience with central line care and PICC line management
• Familiarity with specialty medications and complex infusion protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• At least 1-2 years of recent RN nursing experience, specifically in outpatient or infusion services

Other Requirements:

• New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration is mandatory-please include this in your application
• Completion of 14-panel drug screening within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• De-escalation training from approved providers (Welle, CPI, or PMCS) required before starting
• Ability to provide and adhere to a maximum of 5 days of RTO requests, noted and verified at upload
• COVID vaccinations encouraged but not mandatory
