Cascade Animal Clinic in Monroe, WA, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are a well-established progressive practice with a stellar reputation throughout our community. We are looking for excellence and place great value on finding our next teammate. We strive to provide the highest quality of services possible, including: wellness care, vaccinations and internal medicine, a variety of soft tissue surgery, dental care, and preventative medicine. We are a paper-lite (Cornerstone) practice serving a robust and diverse caseload, and we are looking to grow and provide an even wider range of services. We are proud to boast a high staff retention rate and loyal clientele. We understand the importance of work/life balance and therefore work diligently to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Our doctors typically work a 4-day rotation which allows for a 3-day weekend almost every other week - great for hobbyists to get to shows or take those well-deserved ski trips and enjoy weekend outings. The Deal: Guaranteed Salary = starting at $120,000 (depends on experience) Production Bonuses Monthly= 20%
