About The Job: Serve as the primary front desk and administrative support professional for a patient-focused healthcare practice Welcome patients and visitors, answer calls and emails, and help ensure a positive office experience Manage schedules, support patient flow, and maintain accurate patient records Assist with insurance authorizations, billing processes, and administrative operations Coordinate office supplies, medication orders, vendors, and facility needs Support office organization, staff scheduling, meetings, and special projects while handling sensitive information with discretion About You: Previous experience in administrative, office support, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare environments Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable learning new systems and using common office technology Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain HIPAA compliance Compassionate, professional, and emotionally resilient when interacting with patients Healthcare, EHR, scheduling, billing, or practice management experience is a plus, but not required Job Details: Start Date: ASAP! $30-$35/hr Fully onsite, Metro Accessible!
