Client Advisor, Leathergoods - Saks New York

Summary The Client Advisor acts as a trusted brand ambassador delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals for leather goods at Saks New York. This role focuses on building and managing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, product expertise, and styling guidance. The Client Advisor also supports boutique excellence through merchandising, inventory tasks, and adherence to store security procedures. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, UPT, and average dollar per transaction Deliver outstanding client service in person, by phone, and via electronic communication Strategically develop local and international clients through personalized outreach and appointment setting Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to provide tailored recommendations and styling guidance Support floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and organize stock on the sales floor and in the heart of house Assist with locating merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow store security and operating procedures Requirements At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods Strong drive for business results, passion for fashion, and excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service across channels and maintain strong follow-through Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other equipment Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
