Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

Position Overview This role is for a Physician Assistant specializing in Orthopedics, potentially covering multiple subspecialties within the field. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients within the subspecialty team, including orthopedic trauma and fractures. Manage new and established patients, interpret diagnostic imaging, and coordinate pre- and post-operative care. Treat acute and chronic orthopedic conditions across pediatric to young adult populations. Clinic coverage may occur at multiple locations, including Boston and surrounding areas. Work a four-day week with administrative and clinical duties integrated into shifts. Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Preferred experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, or related fields. Strong desire to work in pediatric orthopedic care. Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Current Physician Assistant license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additional Details Offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
