This position is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values autonomy in delivering high-quality patient care.### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in retail and urgent care clinic settings* Conduct comprehensive **physical assessments** and develop appropriate treatment plans* Perform, order, and interpret **diagnostic tests*** Diagnose and treat a variety of **acute and chronic conditions*** Deliver **health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness education*** Support **health promotion initiatives** within the clinic setting* Utilize strong **critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills*** Float between clinic locations and adjust scheduling to meet **patient demand and market needs**### **Qualifications*** Licensed **Nurse Practitioner (APRN)** in Missouri and Kansas (or ability to obtain)* National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)* Ability to practice independently within scope* Flexibility to travel between clinic locations* Strong communication and patient engagement skills### **Preferred Experience*** Ideal background in **urgent care, convenient care, or retail clinic settings*** Also welcomes experience in **Emergency Department (ED), Med-Surg, or ICU settings*** **New graduates are encouraged to apply** if they have prior RN experience in **ED, Med-Surg, or ICU**### **Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive **base pay**, with eligibility for: + **Quality incentive program** + **Productivity bonus*** Flexible **part-time schedule (24 hours/week)** with 12-hour shifts* Predictable **every 3rd weekend rotation*** Opportunity to work across diverse clinical settings* Supportive and collaborative care environment### **Why Join Us?**This role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while gaining exposure to diverse patient populations and care environments.
