Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or higher qualification Department Quality Assurance Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or higher qualification Responsibilities Report directly to the Section Head. Strictly perform part inspections at respective site as per drawing and control plan. To ensure all documentation relating to inspection are correctly filled. Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for Production to run the order. Ensure that parts rejected found at respective site are identified with rejection sticker and segregated. Where applicable, to ensure all rejected parts found are kept in red bin. To immediately feedback on occurrence on non-conformance at Production to Section Head. Ensure that all QA test equipment used are kept in order. Ensure that important reports such as are Daily IPOA rejection summary, Issuance of CAR, Weekly IPQA Report or any other report requested by the Management are generated accordingly. Responsible to stop production to correct any Quality problem. Ensure that 5S and filling is practiced and followed.
