Regulatory Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be part of the Regulatory Program Management team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Sr. Program Manager Location: Hybrid role atMaple Grove, MN (3 days onsite per week) Pay Range:$60/hr w2 What's the Job? Lead large-scale regulatory programs spanning multiple functional areas within the medical device sector. Develop, prioritize, and submit comprehensive project plans, budgets, and methodologies for key initiatives. Define project resources, establish milestones, and lead teams to achieve project goals effectively. Take ownership of project implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives. Support and motivate local Program Managers to manage scope, budgets, and timelines, fostering best practices and consistency across teams. What's Needed? Background with program and project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a related role. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple teams and locations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
