Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM–12:30 PM
Overtime and weekend work is required.

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Food Production Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, experience with food production machinery, and is committed to safety and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on food production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to keep production running.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace machine parts as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support production and assist with other maintenance projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment.
• Experience working on production equipment, conveyors, mixers, packaging, or processing machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow work orders.
• Experience using hand and power tools; welding experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
