Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Every Other Weekend | Some Holidays | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac patients across 12-hour night shifts
• Operate and manage the NextStage CVVH machine as part of patient care protocols
• Perform telemetry monitoring and accurate cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Float to other units as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the CVICU specialty
• Demonstrated CVICU experience required
• Experience and knowledge of the NextStage CVVH machine required
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; 100% identification of lethal rhythms required on adult exam; two attempts permitted with defined remediation process)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Cardiothoracic Surgery setting
• Experience in an Acuity Adaptable care area
