Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels in communication and customer relations. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments. We provide thorough training to ensure you have all the product knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and moderate outbound phone calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in phone-based roles such as telemarketing, automotive customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage management and coworkers effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent with general computer use and data entry; knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
