Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in product analytics and experimentation to support data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, along with experience in JIRA setup and support . The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve customer journeys, and support agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and define product KPIs (funnel conversion, churn, adoption, retention).
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product changes and measure impact.
Create and maintain metrics dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Perform customer journey mapping and persona analysis to uncover insights that improve adoption and retention.
Set up and provide basic JIRA support for product/project teams.
Act as an Agility Lead , promoting agile practices and supporting delivery processes.
Contribute to basic project management tasks such as tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights effectively and influence decisions.
Apply strong problem-solving and organizational skills to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to product-focused analytics .
Strong experience in metrics reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling .
Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools.
Experience with JIRA setup, workflows, and administration .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work as an Agility Lead .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have:

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Knowledge of UX research or customer feedback tools .
Certification in Agile/Scrum or Product Analytics .
