Floor Manager

Loretta’s Last Call is one of Lansdowne Street’s most dynamic destinations—a place where great drinks, live music, and good times come together. We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and knows how to keep both staff and guests engaged. What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations with a strong presence on the floor Motivate and manage a dynamic front‑of‑house team Ensure excellent guest experiences with a focus on hospitality and consistency Partner with ownership to hit sales goals and maintain standards Oversee scheduling, training, and day‑to‑day problem solving What We’re Looking For: Previous restaurant or bar management experience (high‑volume strongly preferred) A leadership style that’s upbeat, approachable, and hands‑on Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication skills with both staff and guests A passion for hospitality and creating a lively, welcoming environment Compensation: Competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience We offer top tier health benefits and a matching 401k after 1 year.
