New Home Sales Consultant

Role Description This full-time, on-site New Home Sales Consultant role is based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process, including greeting visitors, conducting model home tours, and explaining community features, floor plans, pricing, and available options. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, following up with leads, preparing contracts and related documentation, and coordinating closely with construction, design, and mortgage teams to ensure a smooth buyer experience. The consultant will maintain detailed knowledge of local market conditions, competitive communities, and company policies, while providing consistent, professional customer service. Day-to-day duties also include hosting sales events, attending training sessions, and using CRM tools to track prospects, sales activity, and closing progress. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with homebuyers. Demonstrated experience in New Home Sales or residential real estate, with a proven track record in Sales and meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to effectively use Training and coaching resources to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Proficient Negotiation skills to manage offers, contract terms, and buyer expectations while supporting company goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate documentation, CRM usage, and follow-up activities. Comfort working on-site, including weekends and holidays as needed based on community traffic and buyer availability. Prior experience in homebuilding, residential real estate, or related industries is preferred; relevant licensure or certifications are a plus where required. Proficiency with standard office and sales software tools (e.g., email, CRM systems, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
