What you will enjoy doing*

• You will supervise daily on-site plant operations and maintenance to achieve production targets safely, reliably, and in compliance with environmental regulations
• Lead and develop operations and maintenance personnel through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• And you will ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while monitoring plant performance and equipment reliability
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage plant startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities
• Analyze operating data, trends, and key performance indicators to drive improvements in plant efficiency and reliability
• Also, you will manage contractor activities, support budgeting and resource planning, and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions

What makes you great

• You have minimum five (5) years relevant experience in industrial maintenance, engineering and reliability activities, and must have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
• Key skills include communication, interpersonal relationships, facilitation, influencing, negotiating and the ability to work within a matrix organization
• Successful candidate must be able to develop others and foster diverse relationships throughout the organization
• Must have a detailed understanding of equipment and overall plant manufacturing processes
• Technical background preferred (Instrumentation/Electrical, Mechanical, Operations, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of mechanical and instrument equipment and their maintenance, mechanical integrity, and the inspection process
• Further this role requires familiarity with turnaround execution, maintenance programs, work processes and best practices
• Must have technical competencies of troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis, general computer skills, work planning
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities, drive issues to completion, and obtain results
• You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $108,225 - $158,730.
