Job Description

ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable firm in Richmond VA and is seeking an eDiscovery Paralegal to join the Firms Commercial Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. The role is a full time position that requires being in the office.

Responsibilities:
Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms i.e. Relativity.
Maintaining tracking and reporting on data using Excel including creation of pivot tables.
Managing case files through document management systems.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of legal support experience with eDiscovery experience highly preferred.
Experience with document review software such as Relativity DISCO or Reveal is strongly preferred.
Technical proficiency specifically with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills particularly regarding document management.
Highly detail-oriented with a professional approach to workflow execution.
Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms
