As the Transportation Market Practice Leader in these states, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping S&ME's presence in a high-demand, rapidly evolving market by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.If you're passionate about leading teams, driving growth, and influencing strategy, we invite you to join our team. What You Will Do:Drive Growth and Market ExpansionDevelop and execute a strategic growth plan within the Transportation market in Ohio and IndianaIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the market for our key services: geotechnical engineering, field exploration, environmental engineering, materials testing, laboratory testing, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I)Build Relationships that MatterEstablish and grow key client relationships at both local and national levelsCollaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships Leverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partnerDeliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnershipsLead, Build, and Inspire TeamsPartner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scaleMentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutionsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growthDeliver ExcellenceEnsure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfactionStay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamicsChampion innovation and continuous improvement to keep S&ME at the forefront of this marketWhat You Bring:Proven success driving revenue growth of our core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing/special inspections) within the Transportation marketStrong industry network and client relationships10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles for an engineering, construction, and/or consulting firmYou have a proven track record of success winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Transportation market Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent)Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, not a requirementOur Culture: Built on ValuesWe don't just talk about values-we live them.
