Employment Type:  Full Time 30-40 hours per week
Required Minimum Experience: 5 years Commercial Service and 5 Years Experience in drywall, electrical, plumbing, & carpentry/framing
Compensation:  $27.00 $37.00 DOE

About the Field Service Construction Worker Role:

We’re looking for a dependable and versatile Commercial Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You’ll Do As A Field Service Construction Worker:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• May be required to participate in on-call rotation.

Field Service Construction Worker Ideal Candidate:

• Has strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Can work independently and deliver high-quality results.
• Versatility across multiple trades is a plus.
• Has a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Must be technically savvy with work order systems through the use of a cellphone
