Young Life Northeast Texas Region seeks an Associate Regional Director to oversee multiple areas and staff, guiding ministry strategy, leadership development, and fundraising. The role requires Biblically rooted leadership and a heart centered in Christ, with base in Dallas or surrounding counties. You will supervise six to twelve growing areas, partner with the Regional Leadership Team, and help implement regional plans to reach kids and expand ministry across diverse communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Young Life
