Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Tristar Division.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Schedules are in a month increment (4 weeks); full time must work 4 weekend shifts (e.g., 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday). Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Unit Details: Some MDs will do bedside procedures, though not as common as in CCU/ED. Floating Requirements: We float to inpatient units to take patients, and float with tasks in CCU and ED.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
