Senior Accountant
Direct hire-onsite seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to play a pivotal role in this growth opportunity. Key responsibilities include leading monthly closing and journal entries, managing complex account reconciliations, driving financial analysis and reporting, supporting strategic budgeting and forecasting, audit leadership and compliance, mentoring and guiding the team, ensuring tax compliance, creating SOPs and enhancing processes, financial leadership, process optimization and innovation, championing best practices and systems, and taking charge of special projects and reporting.
Requirements include an educational foundation with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, experience and expertise with a minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting, advanced Excel proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, communication mastery, strategic business acumen, exceptional time management, professionalism and energy, and adaptability and drive. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring dedication and presence five days per week.
