Service Advisor

Walser Automotive Group in Burnsville is seeking a Honda Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional service experience for our retail customers. In this role, you’ll greet guests, understand their vehicle concerns, create accurate repair orders, and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs. You’ll coordinate with technicians, manage repair status updates, and ensure on-time, quality work. Working within Walser’s one-price, customer-first model, you’ll follow defined processes, use dealership software, and collaborate closely with the service team while building long-term customer relationships and growing your automotive career.
