Service Advisor

Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently seeking business professionals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to be part of a growing team. Schedule may include days, evenings and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane, listen to their concerns, and assess their service needs. Conduct vehicle inspections and consult service records to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences. Explain recommended services to customers, including the importance of maintenance tasks and any potential safety or performance benefits. Identify opportunities for additional services, such as fluid flushes, tire rotations, or filter replacements, based on vehicle condition and maintenance history. Keep customers informed of service progress, delays, or additional recommendations throughout the service process. Work closely with service technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations and exceptional customer experiences.
