Payroll Clerk

Benefits : Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will alsoaccrue80 hoursof vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Responsibilities: Review, verify,process, andsubmitweekly payroll dailyand weekly certified payroll. Audit payroll entries for accuracyin SAP. Manually input vacation and sick hours intopayrollsystem as needed. Enter and process terminations inpayrollsystem. Run a variety of payroll reports for managers and VPs as requested. Manage and respond to general inquiries in the payroll email inbox. Resolve discrepancies with payroll as needed. Ensure that confidentiality and security of all information ismaintained. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements: At leastone-yearexperience processing payroll. Experience in certified payroll in a construction environment is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Professionalverbal and written communication skills. Regular attendance isrequired. Why get your Career started with Fireside?
