Job Details:

• Target Ratios: 1:4
• Shift: NIGHTS; 18:45-07:15; Alternating 36 hrs 1 week and 48 hrs the next week Fri-Sun Schedule
• Will accept 13 week contracts. Call Requirement: None
• Float Requirement: Yes, ED IVC Sitter
• Weekend Requirement: Every other
• Patient Diagnoses: A-Fib RVR, Hyperglycemia, Hypertension requiring drips, Heparin Drip
• Special Procedures / Unit Details: 1 RN and 1 CNA/Montior Tech : 4 beds
• Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, MediTech
• Unit Orientation: 24 hours Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day
• Scrubs: Navy

Submission Process:

• All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review
• Submission Details: Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed.
• Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission.
• Local candidates ( 50 miles): Lower rate applies.
• RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing.
• NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal.
• Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description.
• Travel pairs: Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed).
• Charting: See job description.
• References can be pending at submission.
• Modules: Pre-start modules are non-billable, time spent on modules should be margined separately from orientation hours. Acute Care: ~8-10 hours of modules Non-Acute: ~4-5 hours of modules Must be completed pre-start and annually (varies by specialty) Conducted online - must use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your browser
