Title
LDRP - Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum

Schedule
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
Schedule patterns: 36s or 48s

Assignment Details
Patient ratios: 1:1-1:2

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Required: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, BCLS/BLS
- Required skill: Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
- Strong hands-on LDRP/OB experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal health throughout the labor process.
- Assist in high-acuity and high-risk cases as needed.
- Support patient education and provide emotional support to new mothers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Document and update patient records accurately in the electronic health record system.

Compliance / Notes
- COVID-19 vaccine: not required
- Flu vaccine: required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Candidate must complete required lab/testing within 48 hours after signing
- Local candidates (within ~50 miles) may have a lower rate applied
- Pre-start modules required (approx. 8-10 hours for acute; 4-5 hours for non-acute) completed online
