Follow established standards, procedures and practices, and gives specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff. We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioners (NP, PA) to serve the primary care needs of our local rural community residents in Colusa, Williams, Arbuckle and nearby areas, California. Provide primary clinical care of clients of all ages in accordance with standardized procedures. Clinical care includes the following:Developing a problem list, a diagnostic, therapeutic and teaching plan, which includes preventive health.Patient education and counseling.Furnish and adjust medications in the formulary in accordance with the law.Order diagnostic studies such as laboratory and radiologic tests, as needed.Collaborate closely with physicians, MAs, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
