As a member of the NorthStar team, you will play an important role in helping patients take the first steps towards recovery, while utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based approaches.ResponsibilitiesConduct teletherapy sessions with NorthStar Care patientsDevelop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their genetic and diagnostic testing resultsDeliver progress updates and collaborate with the care team to ensure effective care coordinationProvide counseling and support for patients with co-occurring issues in addition to AUDUtilize the NorthStar Care mobile app to stay connected with patients and the care coordination team between appointmentsAttend regular team meetings and participate in training opportunities to stay up-to-date on latest treatment approaches and technologiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in the company's electronic health record system
