Head Chef

Lenox Hill Neighborhood House seeks a Head Chef to lead our mission-driven kitchen, producing healthy, high-quality meals for children, adults and older adults on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The Head Chef will design seasonal, nutritious menus, oversee daily production for high-volume community programs, and ensure full compliance with NYC health and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training kitchen staff, managing inventory and vendor relationships, controlling food costs, and accommodating special dietary needs. This role collaborates closely with program teams to support person-centered, culturally responsive services.
